Palladium International Logistics Services Company (PILS) is officially registered under the laws of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Ministry of Commerce and Industries Directorate General of Central Business Registry & Intellectual Property in    D-83692 in 2016, and  Commonwealth of Virginia - United States of America with DUNS No 561214696, NCAGE No SBUU7 JCCS Vendor Id: 83829, System for Award Management SAM.

PILS’s main focus is in logistics and supply chain management. PILS designs and executes logistics & facilities activities across the entire supply chain that includes inbound and outbound facilities, as well as all phases of logistics support and distribution.

We provide professional client-focused logistical solutions. As an employee-owned company, we go above and beyond requirements on every project and deliver on our promises with integrity.


PILS is recognized for its highly skilled and professional local national owners and employees along with its international advisers. Our managerial employees have strong educational backgrounds and logistical management experience. They represent a diverse set of backgrounds in project management design and implementation, with thorough knowledge of international standards, feasibility studies, project design and implementation, cost appraisals, and financial analysis.

OMID RAFEY
CEO

Mr. Rafey has more than eleven years of experience in Business Development, Project Management, Finance & Administration, Operations, Human Resources, Proposal Development including eight of those years spent at International Organizations funded by the United States Government (USG). He has served as key personal roles on donor-funded projects and developed expertise in entire Project Management, reporting, and established many standard policies and procedures, particularly in compliance with USG rules and regulations. Mr. Rafey has a Bachelor degree on Business Administration and is certified of USG Rules and Regulations on Grants/Contracts and Cooperative Agreements and United Kingdom ACCA certified, and currently he is pursuing his CAPM certifications. Mr. Rafey worked for IRG, IESC, ICMA, VEGA and Afghanistan Justice Organization on ADALAT Program Cheechi Subcontractor all of which were US government funded programs.
